Terms of Service
Your use of our Internet site or any of the products or services offered on the site (collectively, the "Services") is subject to these Terms of Use (these "Terms"). We may modify these Terms at any time without notice to you by posting revised Terms on the site. Your use of the site constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make.

Some of the Services may be subject to additional posted conditions. Your use of those Services is subject to those conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and any additional posted conditions, the provisions of the additional conditions shall control.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice:
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services;
  • Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our Services;
  • Refuse, move, or remove any material that you submit to the site for any reason;
  • Refuse, move, or remove any content that is available on the site;
  • Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account;
  • Establish general practices and limits concerning use of the site.

You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for taking any of these actions.

You understand and agree that our Services may include communications such as service announcements and administrative messages from us or from our partners and that these communications are considered part of the Services. You will not be able to opt out of receiving these messages.

Content on our sites
Our sites include a combination of content that we create, that our partners create, and that our users create. All materials published on our sites, including, but not limited to, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, sound or video clips, and Flash animation, are protected by our copyrights or trademarks or those of our partners. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials or content on our sites in whole or in part. If you would like to request permission to use any of the content on our sites, please send a message to an admin.

You are solely responsible for all materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, that you upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available on our sites ("Your Content"). You certify that you own all intellectual property rights in Your Content. You hereby grant us, our affiliates, and our partners a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, nonexclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, distribute, and publish Your Content and subsequent versions of Your Content for the purposes of (i) displaying Your Content on our sites, (ii) distributing Your Content, either electronically or via other media, to users seeking to download or otherwise acquire it, and/or (iii) storing Your Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a charge. This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of Your Content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.

Our site contains content that we create as well as content provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, the integrity, or the quality of the content on our sites, and you may not rely on any of this content. Without limitation, we are not responsible for postings by users in the user opinion, message board, or feedback sections of our sites.

You may be exposed to content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable or that is inaccurate, and you bear all risks associated with using that content. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that may, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable.

Third-party sites, products, and Services
Our sites contain links to other Internet sites owned by third parties. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. We have no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to or content on them. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content or a link to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that content or third-party site.

We do not sell, resell, or license any of the products or the services that we review, list, or advertise on our sites, and we disclaim any responsibility for or liability related to them. Your correspondence or related activities with third parties are solely between you and that third party. You agree that we will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any of your transactions with third parties. Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.

Privacy policy
All of the information that we collect from you, such as registration, is just that--private.

Your conduct on our sites
If we request registration information from you, you will provide us with true, accurate, current, and complete information. You will promptly update your registration to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If we issue you a password, you may not reveal it to anyone else. You may not use anyone else's password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your passwords or accounts or any other breach of security. You also agree to exit from your accounts at the end of each session. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not use our sites to take any of the following actions:
  • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal right of others;
  • Publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate (collectively, "Transmit") any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;
  • Transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person's computer, our sites, any software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
  • Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose unless you have our written consent to do so;
  • Transmit surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters;
  • Download any file that you know or reasonably should know cannot be legally obtained in such manner;
  • Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or the source of software or other material; Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any public area within our sites;
  • Collect or store personal information about other end users;
  • Interfere with or disrupt our site, server, or network;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our sites or to manipulate your presence on our sites;
  • Take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
  • Engage in any illegal activities.

You agree to use our bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or message or communication facilities (collectively, the "Forums") only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to that particular Forum.

If you choose a username that, in our sole discretion, is obscene, indecent, abusive or that might otherwise subject us to public disparagement or scorn, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to automatically change your username, delete your posts from our sites, deny you access to our sites, or any combination of these options.

Unauthorized access to our site is a breach of these Terms and a violation of the law. You agree not to access our sites by any means other than through the interface that is provided by pvcsnathan's rct for use in accessing our site. You agree not to use any automated means, including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, or copy any part of our sites, except those automated means that we have approved in advance and in writing.

Use of our site is subject to existing laws and legal process. Nothing contained in these Terms shall limit our right to comply with governmental, court, and law-enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the site.

Requests to remove certain content from our sites
If you believe that content you own has been copied and made accessible in a manner that violates your intellectual property rights, please contact an admin. As a courtesy to owners of intellectual property rights, we are willing to perform a limited investigation of reasonable complaints. However, we provide no guarantee that we will remove the allegedly infringing materials from our site.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by pvcsnathan's rct or by a third party who has included material on the site, please provide the following information to an admin:
  • A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
  • An address, a telephone number, and an e-mail address where we can contact you and, if different, an e-mail address where the alleged infringing party, if not pvcsnathan's rct, can contact you;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;
  • A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

It is often difficult to determine if your intellectual property rights have been violated. We may request additional information before we remove any infringing material. We may provide the alleged infringing party with your e-mail address so that that person can respond to your allegations. If a dispute develops as to the correct owner of the rights in question, we reserve the right to remove your content along with that of the alleged infringer pending resolution of the matter.

If your materials have been removed based on the complaints of another party
pvcsnathan's rct will provide you with notice if your materials are removed due to alleged infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights. We will also provide you with the e-mail address of the complaining party so that you may attempt to resolve the issue. We will restore your materials upon notification from the complaining party that the dispute has been resolved.

Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold pvcsnathan's rct and our owner harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any party in connection with any claim, including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, violation of rights of publicity and/or privacy, copyright infringement, or trademark infringement arising out of:
  • Your use of our sites;
  • Any use or alleged use of your accounts or your passwords by any person, whether or not authorized by you;
  • The content, the quality, or the performance of content that you submit to our sites;
  • Your connection to our sites;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of the rights of any other person or entity.

Disclaimers
We disclaim any responsibility for the deletion, the failure to store, the misdelivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material. We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet using search results from our sites. We disclaim any responsibility for, and if you subscribe to one of our fee-based services you will not be entitled to a refund as a result of, any service outages that are caused by our maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of our service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. IN ADDITION, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE CONTENT ON THE SITE. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ANY MATERIAL THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH THE SITE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR PARTNERS MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT (i) OUR SITES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) OUR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL THAT YOU PURCHASE OR OBTAIN THROUGH OUR SITES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR PARTNERS MAKES ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO OUR SITES, ANY CONTENT, OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES, TOOLS, PRODUCTS, OR PROPERTIES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOU WILL ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR SITES AND THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ITS CONTENT.

NEITHER WE NOR OUR PARTNERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Miscellaneous
We may be required by state or federal law to notify you of certain events. You hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon our posting them on our sites or delivering them to you through e-mail. You may update your e-mail address by visiting the Services where you have provided contact information. If you do not provide us with accurate information, we cannot be held liable if we fail to notify you.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our sites or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

These Terms, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated into these terms by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and pvcsnathan's rct and govern your use of the site, superceding any prior agreements that you may have with us.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superceded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.

Additional Terms of Service

1. Some General Rules
We reserve the right to remove, at any time and without notice, any content from the Service. Refrain from using inappropriate language, including language that may look, sound like, stand for, hint at, abbreviate, or insinuate profanity, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances or illegal activities.

You must be at least 13 years old to register for the Service. We do not knowingly collect any information from any users under 13 years of age, and if it is found that an underage user has fraudulently registered, their account will immediately be terminated.

Cheating of any kind (including by exploiting any bug or error) is expressly prohibited, this includes exploiting any deficiency in our code or design, or in the code or design of any third party product or service used in connection with the Service, to gain an unfair advantage or to gain unearned or unauthorized privileges, access or abilities not clearly intended by the product's design. Communicating information about such activities to others will also be considered cheating.

We reserve the right to contact your ISP regarding any inappropriate activities by you on the Service.
Your subscription to the Service is intended for your individual and personal use only. You may not share, license, sub-license, sub-lease, parse, pass-on or in any other way attempt to share, extend or monetize your access to the Service.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend anyone who fails to abide by these Terms of Use.

2. Protection of Your Password; Unauthorized Access
Users are solely responsible for protecting their accounts from access by others. You are strongly encouraged to select a hard-to-guess password and not re-use that password on any other sites where it may be read by the owners or administrators of that site. Accessing or attempting to access any user account not belonging to you without permission is prohibited. Accessing another user's account in this manner is grounds for a permanent ban of all accounts from the site.

3. Registration Requirements
In order to post messages on our message boards, view boards with level restrictions, and use other advanced services, you must register using a valid e-mail address and follow all required registration confirmation procedures. No posting privileges will be granted until the account is fully activated.

4. Community Rules
The following conduct is not allowed on our message boards, chat boxes, user profiles, private messages, feedback forms, or reviews:

Offensive Material -Users may not transmit or encourage others to transmit material or links to material considered patently offensive in nature. This includes, but is not limited to using vulgar, profane, or sexually explicit language; using race, religion, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, handicap, nationality, or gender as a means of insult; using threatening, harassing, defamatory, hate-speech, or libelous language; and posting, requesting, or otherwise sharing material considered pornographic, obscene, graphic, or hate speech.

Using terms for homosexuality as a means of insult in any way towards anyone or anything is considered offensive. This includes insinuating certain people (including video game characters) are homosexual in an insulting way, calling things "gay" as a synonym for "stupid", or using offensive slang terms for homosexuals.

Links to sites with content that violates these terms are not permitted. Warning users about offensive content in a link does not grant permission to post that link.

Links to images or sites displaying images with nudity, near-nudity (i.e. see-through clothing, very skimpy coverings), or depictions of such are not permitted.

Images or descriptions of sexual acts, genatalia, or clearly graphic material (shock images, defecation) are considered offensive as well.

Vulgar language or substitutes for such - Our Service is not programmed with a list of words that are considered vulgar under any context. You are expected to use the following guidelines to prevent a banned word list from coming about. Therefore, the only acceptable method of posting vulgar words is to obscure it, making it nearly impossible to determine what the word is without context. Additionally, certain words are prohibited from being used in topic titles and user information pages. For example, if "razzy" is a banned word, the following are examples of bypassing that are not allowed: r-a-z-z-y, ra**y, R@22\/, razy, razzie. Allowed: r****, razzle, ****ed, ****ing, r'ed, r-word. (Note: Neither -ed nor -ing are parts of the banned word "razzy".)

Taking advantage of any limits in the Service's language filtering capabilities is not allowed. Any limits in such filters shall not be taken as permission to bypass rules regarding vulgar language.

To reiterate, you are allowed to show either the first letter or the length of a censored word. No more.

Just because a word is blotted out does not mean it cannot be a violation. If a posting is self-censored but still is in clear violation another rule (i.e. calling someone an obscured racial term, insulting a user with "**** you"), it is still a violation.

Cursing in foreign languages also falls under the vulgar language rule, and is not an acceptable substitute.

Flaming - Communications clearly insulting other users, individually or as a group, directly or indirectly, are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: name-calling ("You're an idiot", "You moron"); direct insults and orders ("Screw you", "Go kill yourself"); insinuations ("Are you stupid or something?"); or insults towards family ("Your mom...").

Trolling (Inciting flames) - Messages intended solely to annoy and/or offend other users by going against the clear nature of a board, topic, or chat room are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: provoking other users to respond with flames; provoking fans of a particular system or game, especially on boards or topics dedicated to that system or game; making misleading topic titles; asking obviously useless questions; and posting false information as fact.

People are allowed to debate one another and argue opinions in any way they see fit. The instant it degrades to a name-calling contest, it's in violation of the rules. No matter how many good points a post has, if it contains an insult, it's a flame.

Illegal activity - Communications that violate or incite others to violate the law are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, asking for or providing: illegal copies of copyrighted software; methods of circumventing copyright protection; illegal copies of copyrighted music, movies, videos, or any other type of media; reprints of material from other web sites; or methods of cheating in online games

Game music is copyrighted, and distributing MP3s or other sound files from the game without consent of the game's publisher is illegal.

Material distributed by a company (i.e. a band putting up MP3s on their site) is not necessarily free for further distribution. You may link back to the official site that distributes the material, but not distribute it yourself (unless clear permission is given).

Short clips and excerpts from media are generally considered Fair Use (i.e. 10-30 seconds of a song, an except or highlight from a sporting event, part of a game's opening movie). However, the full content of the material is almost always going to be a copyright violation (entire songs, skits, or movies, full wrestling matches, full episodes), unless it's being distributed by the owner of the content.

Discussion of mod chips, copying games, playing copied games, cracking games, No-CD patches, piracy releases, copyrighted ROMs, copyrighted ISOs, and basically anything related to game, movie, TV, or music piracy is not permitted.

Discussion of illegal drug use or abuse is not permitted.

Advertising - Messages that clearly advertise a service or product are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: unsolicited commercial or personal web site advertisements; For-Sale/For-Trade/For-Auction/Wanted notices; "Make Money Fast" scams, chain letters, and pyramid schemes; or any referrer-ID based sites (including both games and free-item marketing sites). Users are allowed to include their web site address in a signature, request comments on their personal site in a social setting, or provide, only once, an interesting or relevant link to another site.
Please note that if you are an affiliate you may request to have a forum or thread dedicated to your website.

There's a fine line between providing information and advertising. If someone asks for information, and a second user provides it as a link to a web site, it's acceptable. If a user is simply giving out links to their site in multiple topics, it's spam, regardless of the content of that site.

Off-topic postings - The main purpose of the message boards and chat rooms within the Service is to provide discussion forums and opportunities for various video and computer games and their systems. Topicality is expected and will be enforced on all message boards and chat rooms not noted as purely social in nature.

Unless a board specifically is listed as a social board, you should assume that topicality is enforced.

Disruptive Behavior - Behavior that disrupts the Service for other users, intentional or not, are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: messages or topic titles that force browsers to scroll horizontally; large blank or content-free messages; "bumping" multiple older topics (posting in them well after the last post); posting multiple identical or near-identical messages or topics, including "fad" posts or topics; intentionally hard-to-read topic titles or posts (i.e. ALL CAPS, AlTeRnAtE cApS, no spaces, no or excessive punctuation); posting multiple hard-to-read or nonsensical messages in a single or multiple topics; posting large ASCII art (except in social topics specifically calling for it); or post counting (i.e. "First", "100th Post").

To sum up the rule, users should post in order to communicate, not just for the sake of posting.

Adding in (caps) or substituting a couple of lower-case letters in an ALL CAPS topic title does not exempt it from the rule. Any topic title designed to draw attention in this manner is a violation of the Disruptive rule.

Plot Spoilers - Posting "spoilers" (critical plot details) about games, movies, time-delayed broadcast events, or other media in the title of a topic or in a message without a clear notice is prohibited. To discuss such information in a topic, users should leave the title of the topic as vague as possible, ensuring that no mention of the actual spoiler itself is included, and include a warning (i.e. "SPOILER") in the topic title. In a message post in a non-marked or otherwise unexpected topic, users should leave several blank lines in a post after a warning before revealing any vital plot information.

When a spoiler does not involve the current game/movie/etc. being discussed in a board or topic, then the spoiler warning must denote what the spoiler is about. Having a generic spoiler warning in a topic does not grant you freedom to spoil anything you want unrelated to what's being discussed.

When you want to post a spoiler in a topic that goes beyond the current discussion in it (i.e. talking about the end of a game in which the topic so far has been about the middle of it), an additional spoiler warning in your message is warranted.

There is no cut-off time for spoilers. Regardless of the age of a movie or game, there is always going to be someone reading the boards who has not seen it yet.

In many games, the names of a boss or enemy can be a spoiler, especially when that enemy initially is portrayed as a friend. Use discretion when asking for help.

Flooding, Invading, and Board Wars - Flooding a board or chat room with multiple disruptive topics or messages; invading another board (flooding a board as a group with multiple topics or messages); instigating, participating in, or retaliating in an invasion of a message board or any other online service; announcing or inciting a "war" or any conflict with the regular members of another board.

If it looks like an invasion, it is moderated like an invasion. There is little to no leeway given when concerning this rule. Large groups of users who regularly use one board "suddenly" posting in a new board or flooding a topic is considered an invasion.

Posting a link to a third-party site that allows modification (i.e. posting comments) in a situation where an invasion is even remotely implied (i.e. "Look at this stupid blog") will be considered an invasion.

Impersonation - Impersonating other users by creating and/or using a user account with a name clearly intended to impersonate, mock, or antagonize another user, or otherwise falsely claiming to be another member is strictly prohibited.

Impersonating the site's administrators, moderators, or employees is strictly prohibited, and grounds for the loss of all accounts. Other impersonations are handled based on how well-known the victim is, and how serious the attempt at impersonation was.
You cannot be given permission to impersonate another user. The rule is universal, regardless of whether or not the impersonated user has allowed it.

The impersonation rule also covers well-known users or owners of other web sites and services, as well as video game developers and publishers.

Impersonating non-Internet celebrities is acceptable.

Harassment/Stalking/Privacy - Continual harassing behavior directed towards a certain individual or group with the intent of creating an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment on the Service, with or without use of explicit or implicit threats is strictly prohibited. Posting contact or other private information of any person (Service user or not) is also prohibited.

You cannot post phone numbers or private addresses of anyone, whether it be "with permission", or even yourself. It is impossible to distinguish the difference between a legitimate posting or one intended to harass.

5. Multiple Accounts
While it is acceptable for users to maintain multiple accounts, we can and do track all accounts used on the same computer(s) , and consider them one account for the purpose of monitoring violations of these Terms of Use. If these Terms of Use are violated severely enough to warrant the termination of one account, all known accounts held by that user and/or all accounts using the same computer(s) may also be banned at the administrator's discretion.

Users are strongly discouraged from using their accounts on public computers, or computers where other members also log in. When two accounts are accessed on the same computer, it becomes impossible to distinguish the difference between the actual people using them. If one of these "linked" accounts severely violates the rules, all shared accounts may be banned as well.

Users are strongly discouraged from having multiple accounts at all. Multiple accounts are considered to be one account when it comes to violations, and single violations across multiple accounts will be considered identical multiple violations on a single account.

6. Violations and Penalties
Topics and messages that violate these Terms of Use will be deleted from the boards and additional penalties may be applied at our moderators' discretion. Re-posting deleted violations (yours or those of others) is also considered a violation.

Messages and topics may be removed at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of our designated moderators. User accounts may be warned, suspended, or revoked at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of our designated moderators. All determinations of what is "acceptable" and "unacceptable" content will be determined solely by our moderators.

Intentional, repeated, or severe violations are cause for the banning of your account, all use of the boards from your IP address or your entire ISP. In such event, we also reserve the right to contact your ISP concerning your activities.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The Service, any software we may provide for the purpose of interacting with the service (the "Software") and all related documentation are being provided to you "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Software or on Service will meet your requirements. We do not warrant that the Service or the Software will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for content posted by our users. No oral or written information or advice given by us or any of our authorized representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. The above exclusions will not apply in any jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties.

This TOS modified from CNET's TOS.
