New server and future outlook

We were moved to a new server on 11/27/2007 to bring us back to where we were before: reliable, feature-filled, and amazing. Now that we're back to where we belong, I'm going to continue improving as much as possible. I plan to educate Jeff and Julian on how to run the site and eventually hand it over to them. By doing this, I am putting a lot of trust into them and I know that they won't disappoint. The main reason for doing this is that they will be able to keep the site going even if I'm not here to run it.

As far as I can tell, this new home (ismywebsite) will be able to accomadate us for a long while, so we won't need to worry about hosting unless we grow REALLY fast.

Say goodbye to the ugly ads!

I would like to announce that our unannounced move to a new server has been successful, despite a few hiccups. You might have noticed the blank page displaying for the past day; this was due to a needed file not being present. With help from marj on the e107 support forum, I figured out which file was missing and replaced it. As you can see everything is back to normal--or as close to normal as one can expect.

The only requirement for this free hosting service is the small block of buttons that you will notice appearing below the login box. In the future, I will integrate Google Adsense advertisements to help support our free host. Thanks IsMyWebsite!

Admin/Mod positions available

Due to the recent introduction of , administrator and moderator positions have been made available. If we think you are up to the grade, we will ask you to join the staff. Remember, the worst thing you can do is ask to be a staff member, so please try to avoid that.

Site is back up!

I apoligize for the unexpected down time we experienced. The site has been moved to a new free server and will remain here (at GoDaddy) unless someone else donates hosting to us. If you are interested or if you know someone that would be interested in hosting us, please reply to this email.

We would lilke to give special thanks to Mr. Terry Handel for keeping us on the Internet thus far. Without him we wouldn't have made it.

Also, I think the email announcing this got sent out twice, so sorry about that.
